I live in ATL and believe it or not the market for medical courier is scarce on the apps. When seeking contracts what is the most lucrative pricing structure per mile, per load, distance or something else altogether. I’m new to this and don’t want to short change myself on pricing.

The medical courier business is saturated especially in GA.. Still, don't give up. Look for a pay that pays at minimum a $1.00 a mile. Set a standard for yourself/ vehicle. When interviewing. Make sure to mention that gas prices are up and so is the cost of living. And also do your research of said companies. And don't forget to ask them about any fee's that they will take from your pay. So many courier companies are putting in "admin fees" that comes from the money you make from them.
