Good afternoon, I'm NEW to the business. I am try to see How can I get my TSA Certified? Can someone Help me. Thanks and advance.

verobinson Not sure if anyone told you what to do. I just got mine the other day and went thru the process. You need to go to the TSA website and select TWIC and apply https://tsaenrollmentbyidemia.tsa.dhs.gov/programs/twic you will need to set an appointment and get finger printed and go thru a threat assessment and pay the fee. It was $124 the TWIC is good for 5 years. Takes about 60 days. However if you are already TSA Pre-check it may process faster. I got an email today about it being in the mail already.

Having a TWIC card and being TSA certified is two different things. I have my TWIC card already and also want to know the process of being TSA certified. The TWIC card allows you to access ports and maritime facilities. Being TSA certified allows you to access airports and the pay is greater. Anyone with information on this, please let me know.
