verobinson Not sure if anyone told you what to do. I just got mine the other day and went thru the process. You need to go to the TSA website and select TWIC and apply https://tsaenrollmentbyidemia.tsa.dhs.gov/programs/twic you will need to set an appointment and get finger printed and go thru a threat assessment and pay the fee. It was $124 the TWIC is good for 5 years. Takes about 60 days. However if you are already TSA Pre-check it may process faster. I got an email today about it being in the mail already. Hope that helps.
