The client only wanted to text and did not want to speak by phone.. red flag, the client also mentioned private locations which could be reasonable. The add read "We are looking for.." and the person who reached out by text gave their first an last name. I asked to go over details of the 20day Atlanta visit, today sometime after 9a, and the first name last name agreed. A Moment later I added please leave your add up to keep their options open. No response and no follow up.
