What You Can Expect
Route-based pay ranging from $2,000–$3,000+ per week, paid by direct deposit (ACH)
Mix of local and regional work averaging 4–5 hours per day, with full-time options in busier markets
STAT, routine, and scheduled assignments
No mandatory dispatch — you control your schedule
Basic Qualifications
Valid U.S. driver’s license
Reliable, insured vehicle in good working order
Smartphone with GPS capability
Ability to clear a background check and drug screen where required
Current HIPAA and bloodborne pathogen certifications
Additional compliance options available for established business owners seeking long-term partnerships
Transparent Compensation
You are paid for every completed route, plus mileage on longer runs and wait-time compensation after the first 15 minutes. Rates differ by state, distance, and time of day. A full rate sheet is included in the Independent Contractor Agreement. There are no dispatch or authorization fees deducted from your pay.
