There are driver job ads on CBDriver where the recruiting company is looking for a Master Contractor overseeing multiple drivers with vehicles.
If you see ads you are interested in click the Reply button on the ad. Your driver profile will be shared with the Recruiter.
On your profile make sure you have checked off Master Contractor.
If you get a contract - you assign the deliveries to your drivers and are responsible for making sure they are completed on time etc. The recruiting company will determine how payments will be handled.
